Registration

Admission to this event is reserved for those who have booked in advance.

Booking should be made using the form by Friday 23^th April, 2010. The fee, which includes all sessions, lunch and refreshments, is:

Members of the Society: £100.00

Non-Members: £115.00

Programme:

Registration & welcoming Coffee from 8.30am. The first presentations will start at 9.20am.
The BSP AGM is at 17:00.
The Perfumery Excellence Awards Dinner is at 19:30.

A £20 administration charge will be made for cancellations until 29^th April 2010. After that the fee is not refundable.

Dinner

The cost of dinner is not included in the Symposium fee. Tickets are: £45.00 for members and £55.00 for non members.

Hotel Accommodation

Delegates wishing to stay overnight on 6^th May are offered an all-in fee of £275 (members) or £300 (non-members) for the Symposium, lunch, dinner, and single room accommodation.

The rate for anyone wishing to stay the night before the Symposium (5^th May) is £130.00 for single room accommodation. Please contact Peter Whipps for accommodation bookings and not the hotel as the BSP have purchased a block number of rooms in advance.
