Registration

Admission to this event is reserved for those who have booked in advance.

Booking should be made using the form by Friday 12^th April, 2008. The fee, which includes all sessions, lunch and refreshments, is:

Members of the Society: £100.00

Non-Members: £115.00

Programme:

• Registration & welcoming Coffee from 9:30am. The first presentations will start at 10:00am.
• The BSP AGM is at 17:00.
• The Perfumery Excellence Awards Dinner is at 19:30.

A £20 administration charge will be made for cancellations until 26^th April 2008. After that the fee is not refundable.

Dinner

The cost of dinner is not included in the Symposium fee. Tickets are: £45.00 for members and £55.00 for non members.

Hotel Accommodation

Delegates wishing to stay overnight on 8^th May are offered an all-in fee of £275 (members) or £300 (non-members) for the Symposium, lunch, dinner, and single room accommodation.

The rate for anyone wishing to stay the night before the Symposium (2^nd May) is £130.00 for single room accommodation. Please contact Peter Whipps for accommodation bookings and not the hotel as the BSP have purchased a block number of rooms in advance.
