University
of Nottingham Institute for Enterprise and Innovation (UNIEI)
Special Seminar
Series
Wednesday 24th
February 2010 - 5:30 pm
The first of the 2010
UNIEI Special Seminars will take place on Wednesday 24th February 2010
in the Sir Colin Campbell Building, University of Nottingham Innovation
Park, Triumph Road, Jubilee Campus, Nottingham (light refreshments and
registration at 5:30 pm). This is the sixth in the series of open
public seminars, lectures and discussions presented by leading thinkers
and practitioners in key areas of policy and practice at regional,
national and international levels.
We have, once again,
assembled an impressive line up of recognised experts in their field
who will put forward their thoughts, ideas and experiences for the
audience to discuss and debate. Each seminar is entirely free
standing and as such you are welcome to attend all or just some of the
lectures in the series.
The first speaker in the
series will be David Pybus, founder and Managing Director of Scents
of Time Limited, (see www.scentsoftime.co.uk) UK Dragon’s Den winner 2007 and
alumnus of the University of Nottingham. He will talk about his
experiences on Dragon’s Den, his entrepreneurial philosophy and the
ideas behind the successful creation of his ‘Scents of Time’ perfume
range.
PDF Flyer (375Kb) for the above meeting with
contact / registration details should you wish to go.
