Suspicious Attempts to Purchase Chemicals

I wish to draw you attention to the above link the SOCA website. More
encouragement is being made for us all to work much closer together,not
only in respect of those chemicals that are regulated in some form or
another, but also in respect of all chemicals where there are any
suspicious attempts to purchase or suspicious activity. These chemicals not
only include precursors to drugs or ones that may be used in part for the
production of explosives but all chemicals if you consider the enquiry is
suspicious.

All intelligence is of interest, by you taking the time and trouble to
notify us, indicates to us that there is a reason to do so, you know your
customer, we don't, if its worth you passing us some information its worth
us looking further.

On the SOCA website is a wealth of information together with reporting
guidance, attached is a form that may assist you in gathering information,
at the moment it does not matter how you pass the information, the
important thing is that you do.
