Indian Mee Goreng Stir-fried noodles cooked with chillies, chicken, prawns,

fried soya bean cake, spinach and bean sprouts

Mysore Aadu A ramekin of slow cooked lamb served with roti chanai

segments and Malaysian coleslaw

Rojak Malay sweet sour salad of pineapple, guava, mango, tofu and

seasonal vegetables, served with a tangy dressing

Prawn Cocktail prawn cocktail salad and vinaigrette with a thousand island dressing

Rendang Daging Medallions of beef flavoured with aromatic lemongrass,

mild chilli and coconut milk served with coconut rice, okra, purple cabbage,

kuruma and keropok

Gulai Ayam Delicately spiced chicken pieces cooked in Malay style with

coconut milk accompanied with basmati rice and seasonal vegetables

Ikan Kelapa Fillet of plaice fish rolled in coconut, crisply fried and served

with sautéed potato and seasonal vegetables and served with a chilli dip

~

Nasi Sayur Fragrant Malay stir-fried vegetable rice dish with fine beans,

carrots, sweetcorn and seasonal vegetables served with sweet chilli dip and appalam

~

Paupiette of Turkey Traditional roast turkey with minced ham, port and

chicken liver and fresh herb stuffing served with roast potatoes and

seasonal vegetables with red wine shallot gravy

Nanas JB Exotic fresh pineapple with a hint of dark rum, maple syrup

and creamy vanilla ice cream

Tropical Fruit Salad Star fruit, longan, guava, jackfruit, coconut meat,

toddy palm seeds and seasonal fruits with a hint of amaretto

Traditional Christmas Pudding flamed in brandy and served with cream
